OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary. Register and attend InterBike International Bicycle Expo (held September 28-30th 2005 in Las Vegas, NV) for a chance to win a TREK 4300 by successfully stealing a bicycle secured by a BIKE VAULT. Open only to attendees of InterBike International Bicycle Expo who are legal residents of the United States and Canada, 18 years of age and older, except void where prohibited by law and void in Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, and the Province of Quebec and for all residents of Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, and the Province of Quebec. It is expressly understood that Steal This Bike Contest is a contest of skill and not a game of chance.  U.S. law governs this Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY: In accordance and compliance with these Official Contest Rules ("Rules"), this Contest is open to attendees of InterBike International Bicycle Expo and who are legal residents of the United States and Canada, including Hawaii and Alaska, but excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and the Province of Quebec, and who register and attend InterBike International Bicycle Expo. Employees of Secure Storage Technologies, LLC, their suppliers and respective advertising and promotional agencies, members of their household, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Contest.

2. ENTRY: No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, register and attend the InterBike International Bicycle Expo and come to Secure Storage Technologies, LLC booth (#3664).  Participants will be given 10 seconds to steal the bicycle with out damaging the bicycle or triggering the alarm.  Participating in this event constitutes acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Contest as described in these Rules. The Contest is open during posted show hours at the InterBike International Bicycle Expo, scheduled from September 28, 2005, to September 30, 2005.  Secure Storage Technologies, LLC reserves the right to limit or terminate this contest at any time. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Entries are deemed made upon approval by authorized Sponsor personnel to begin the 10-second opportunity to steal the bicycle. An eligible entrant must enter via the method described above. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Secure Storage Technologies, LLC., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, and promotion agencies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human error, or technical malfunctions, related to or resulting from any materials in this contest or any other error or malfunction. Any liability of the above persons for any special, incidental, or consequential damages howsoever caused whether in statute, contract, or in tort arising out of this Contest is expressly disclaimed by you and excluded.

3. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: Entrants must check in and complete the entry form at Secure Storage Technologies, LLC booth. Once Entrant has received a start signal from the authorized sponsor representative, Entrant will have 10 seconds to steal the bicycle secured in the BIKE VAULT. Entrants may not participate in the Contest and/or will void their entry in the Contest by (i) employing any illegal substance, tools, or materials (ii) employing any techniques, tools, substances that are dangerous or inappropriate in a crowded environment (iii) could reasonably be determined to cause damage to the bicycle or (iv)  any action that the sponsors authorized representative reasonably determines to be unsafe or present an unreasonable risk of property damage (v) or failure to adhere to any instructions specified by sponsors authorized representative.

4. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be the first individual to remove the bicycle from the BIKE Vault™ in compliance with the rules of engagement.  Entrants must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance Form, and Release of Liability upon receipt of the prize. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to be eligible to win. Sponsor will oversee all submitted entries and shall make final decisions as to eligibility of entries.

5. PRIZE: The Prize consists of a TREK 4300 (approximately retail value of US$ 396.00). Unless otherwise noted herein, no substitution or transfer of prize or cash equivalent is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is not available. Winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Secure Storage Technologies, LLC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising agencies from and against any/all loss/injury/damages now and in the future as a result of acceptance, use/misuse of any prize and/or participation in this Contest.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. The laws of the United States govern this Contest. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Entrants further grant to Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any Prize won. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of the provision.

7. CONDUCT: By entering into this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game; to be acting in violation of the Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Entries may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Secure Storage Technologies, LLC., in the event that any attempt is made to subvert the letter and/or spirit of the Rules of this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay in operation, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, sponsor shall be without liability and held harmless. CONTEST INFORMATION/PRIVACY: BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST ENTRANTS CONSENT AND GIVE SPONSOR THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE, LICENSE, SELL, MARKET, AND OTHERWISE USE ALL INFORMATION, INCLUDING INFORMATION ON ENTRANTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE REGISTRATION, FOR MARKETING PURPOSES OR ANY OTHER PURPOSES NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entrants who opt to join the Sponsor's electronic mailing list agree to be contacted by email by Sponsor.

9. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Washoe County, Nevada; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.

10. WINNER'S LIST: The names of the prize winner may be obtained after October 30, 2005, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Contest Winner, Secure Storage Technologies, LLC., 316 California Ave., #1111, Reno, NV 89509. All requests must be received by November 30, 2005. Vermont residents may omit postage.
